When the month of March rolls around, sports fanatics get excited thinking about March Madness, especially basketball fans. So what is March Madness? It’s when basketball teams from different colleges and universities around the U.S. have the opportunity to compete in a round of games to become the champion. It’s considered ‘madness’ because it almost impossible to predict who will proceed to the next level and ultimately who is the champion. You see, in these games, higher seeded teams may play what is considered a ‘Cinderella’ team. The tournament starts out with 64 teams, then to 16 (Sweet 16), then 8 (the Elite 8), then the Final 4, 2 semi-finalists and finally the Champions. People fill out ‘brackets’ to choose their favorite ‘picks’ to determine a winner. (See example below)

In marriage, we think of ‘madness’ as all the crazy arguments, difficulties, circumstances and situations that arise in our relationships. Life can get kind of crazy and out of control sometimes due to many different issues. Most issues that we have can be solved with some tried and true simple steps. However, we have to be willing to get the tools and use them!

We want your help to determine the ‘champion’ or should we say the ‘main’ issue that plagues couples today. We’ve all heard what the top issues are but, this month we are compiling our own list based on your suggestions. We will start out with a big gigantic list and each week narrow it down based on the most popular issues. What are you dealing with in your relationship right now? What have you dealt with in your relationship in the past? We are going to get down to the nitty gritty of these issues and give couples solutions on how to deal with them.

In order to participate, you will have to be a part of our private group on Facebook, This is where we will post your answers, and keep you updated on final results. You can also make comments and share whatever is on your heart. When we get down to ‘The Final 4’ we are going to host a watch party to discuss these and how we got down to these final 4 and ultimately the ‘Champion’ or #1 Issue that couples deal with. We can’t wait to hear from you!

If you haven’t already checked out the #1 Destination Premiere couples event on the East coast, check it out now, There are so many different pieces to this event that everyone will find something that they love!!

In Love and Loving It,

James and Cynthia Greene
